How does your discount program work?

A: We offer a rent discount program to qualified applicants. By participating in this program, you help us control our costs and reduce administrative overhead. We feel you you deserve to share these savings. By simply planning ahead, our tenants can save a substantial amount every month. The most important way you obtain the discount is by paying you rent by 5 pm on the first of the month. When you do this we credit your account with the discount amount stated in your lease agreement. If you are not able to pay by 5PM on the first, thats perfectly OK. In that case we simply are not able to offer the discount that month.
